Shipping Info

Positive Creations shipping facility is based in Denver Colorado. We only hold a portion of the products listed on the website. Positive Creations also manufacturers products with (made-on-demand) companies located across the United States, Mexico, and China. Please expect approximately 5-7 business days for your order to be manufactured and processed for shipping. During peak times of the year, this timeline may change to accommodate for large volumes of incoming orders. A tracking number will be sent to your email when your items have shipped.

• Yoga mats and art items are shipped separately from our sewn goods, and you will be provided individual tracking numbers for these items. Due to separate shipping needs and our made-on-demand products, you may find that some items in your order ship faster than others.

• Positive Creations is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages and is not responsible for the re-production of the content(s) in the lost/stolen/unclaimed package.

• We ship to all 50 states; P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; and APO/FPO addresses. Via USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground.

• A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update. 

 We do not ship on weekends. Orders are only shipped Monday - Friday and any order placed after 3pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday morning. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• International Shipping is also contracted through UPS and will typically take 12-30 days and in some cases longer.

• International shipping is NOT offered for Yoga Mats and Large Stretched Canvas on our website. If you would like a Shipping quote for those items Internationally please email, Chrisdyerspositivecreations@gmail.com.* 

 Positive Creations is not responsible for any taxes/ duties that may be assessed by the country to which the item is being shipped.

Once the package is in control of the recipients country, tracking becomes variable depending on the countries post office.

REFUSED ORDERS

• If the package is refused, your refund amount will be calculated as the total of your order minus shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee. Your refund will only be processed once package arrives back at our facility and evaluated for damages.
